This course will be taught by Jim Earley, NRA Certified Instructor, and will cover the basics of safe and proper gun handling and pistol shooting. Participants will learn about firearm safety, parts and operation, shooting fundamentals, care and cleaning, storage options, selection, and more.
Classes are $60. Classes include 5 hours of classroom training plus range time.
Groups are welcomed! Bring 4 or more friends and receive $10 off your class. Bring 9 friends and your class is FREE!
What you will need the day of class:
- Eye and ear protection. (I have eye protection that can be shared)
- Firearm must be either a revolver (restricted) or semi-automatic (un-restricted) with a barrel length of less than 12 inches. Must have open steel sights only, no scopes or sighting aids. (If you wish to carry either firearm, you must qualify with a semi-automatic)
- 50 rounds of ammunition.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing.
